J S Enviro Services Private Limited, was formed in the year 2011 with the primary objective of providing waste collection and transportation services to government entities, municipal corporation/authorities, Urban Local bodies, and private organizations. The company was founded by Jiban Kumar Upadhyaya and Debasmita Upadhyaya whose combined experience in entrepreneurship and running waste management business has been phenomenal.

- Mr. Jiban Kumar Upadhyaya, Managing Director of the entity, is the driving force behind the company’s success and achievements. Holding an MBA in Finance, he previously served as the Finance Head of a prominent waste management company with a nationwide presence. Drawing on his expertise, he ventured into the business as a service vendor for Collection and Transportation service in collaboration with several waste management companies across the country.
- Mr. Rajesh Kurup, Director of the entity, is a dynamic individualbringing a wealth of experience to the company. With a career spanning over 20 years, he has held key roles such as Project Head, General Manager Projects, Chief Operating Officer and Director in leading waste management companies. His extensive industry knowledge and leadership skills has contributed significantly to the growth and development of the company. His business development skills has grown the organization in leaps and bounds to reach a level of recognition
- Rajesh Pujari, Advisor – Business & Strategy, has had a rich experience in the domain of waste management and sustainability. He has been associated with the organization since its inception. His strategic contribution in management consulting has been a factor for the growth and development of the organization. He has enriched experience in advisory/consulting in waste management, Carbon management, circular economy, NetZero, ESG and other related areas in the field of sustainability.
